Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories. No, we do not offer international shipping at this time We do not ship to P.O. Boxes We do not ship to Freight Forwarders We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except for National holidays (see below). Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day/Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is in transit, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details. You may also track the delivery status along the way by using the DHL portal https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/. Our Customer Service team is also available to answer any questions about your delivery.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance. Standard Shipping (under $50) (3-10 business days): $4.95 Standard Shipping is complimentary for any orders $65 or more. 2nd Day Shipping (2-3 business days): $11.95 Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95 Shipping over $50 is Free Some shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your bag or your selected shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

My Order arrived damaged. What do I do?

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible. What is your return policy? How do I start a return??

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Product must be unopened and unused. Please contact us at info@ierobeauty.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, date and item to be returned and reason for return.

We do not refund the shipping charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please contact us at info@ierobeauty.com with your order number,receipt or proof of purchase, date and item to be returned and reason for return plus what you would like to exchange the items to. Note the Product must be unopened and unused.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
