Order Processing and Delivery Times
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once placed, we’ll process your order within 24 hours (except for on national holidays), and it’s likely to arrive within 2-6 business days.
If yours is a “2-Day” order, processing will take place the same day, assuming the order is received before Noon EST (excluding national holidays). Any orders placed after Noon EST will be processed the following business day.
If your package is being shipped to United States Territories or a Military and Diplomatic address, it must be sent via our Standard Shipping method. These packages will arrive within 21 business days.
I placed my order, but it was canceled? What happens now?
While we do our best to ensure a seamless ordering experience, this occasionally happens for a variety of reasons. Possible explanations include:
Your selected item(s) are not available
There was difficulty processing your payment information
We are unable to ship to the address you provided
A duplicate order was placed
We internally canceled the order per customer request
Your purchase limits have been exceeded
If your order was disrupted, you’ll receive notification via email and will not be billed for any of the canceled items. Questions? Send us a message and we’ll help you get everything squared away.

How can I track my order?
We’ve made it easy to track your order so you can see when it’s scheduled to arrive. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. Then, simply click the link to locate and track until arrival.

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Please refer to your mail carrier for exact package tracking and estimated delivery times.
Will holidays affect my order?
The ieró Beauty™ team works hard to get orders in your hands as soon as possible! That being said, our warehouses are closed on all observed US holidays, including the below, which may affect delivery times:

What is your shipping policy?
First and foremost, thank you for supporting ieró Beauty™! We can’t wait for you to receive your latest order.
We ship our packages via USPS First, UPS Surepost or UPS 2nd Day to addresses within the United States and its Territories. Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to change the shipping address, so do make sure to provide your most accurate information, including your city, state and zip code. We do not require a signature upon delivery.
As you prepare to place your order, please keep the following in mind:
We do not currently offer international shipping.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship to Freight Forwarders.
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order.
Do you ship internationally?
Nothing makes us happier than seeing the love for ieró Beauty™ go global! But unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Once you’ve narrowed down your selection and added your ieró Beauty™ products to your cart, you can select your shipping preference!
If your order total is under $60, Standard Shipping is $7.95 (USPS First or UPS Surepost), and your package will arrive in approximately 2-6 days.
Shipping for a single lip product is $4.95 (USPS First) and will arrive in approximately 2-6 days.
If your order total is over $60, enjoy free standard shipping on us! (USPS First or UPS Surepost)
Can’t wait that long?
Enjoy 2nd Day Shipping for $17.95 (UPS 2nd Day) and receive your package in approximately 2-3 days.
Please note: some of the above shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout, or the items in your bag or your selected shipping address may cause shipping restrictions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your ieró Beauty™ products, but if you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened and unused. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt, the current date, the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return. We kindly remind you that we cannot refund your shipping charge.
Please note we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Thank you for your understanding!
I received my order, and it is damaged? What do I do now?
Our team packages each parcel with love and care, but please be sure to inspect the carton for any damage once it’s been delivered. If your items have been damaged beyond carton wear, we ask that you retain the box, any packaging materials, and the items inside. Then, contact us ASAP so we can correct this for you.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
We value your support, so anytime you’re unhappy with a product, we process your return as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received and inspected your package, we’ll let you know if your return was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but rest assured it’s heading your way!
Do you offer exchanges?
We happily offer exchanges on all orders, except those purchased with Afterpay. If you don’t love one of your ieró Beauty™ products, we’re happy to help you organize an exchange for something else on your list. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unopened and unused. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt, the current date, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for return and which items you would like in exchange for your return.
Can I only use Moonkissed™ at night?
We created Moonkissed™ products as an evening ritual—both a meditative wind-down for your day and calming overnight restoration for your skin—but you can enjoy the luminous, revitalizing effects of all Moonkissed™ formulas at any time of day.
Why do you use crystals in your formulas?
Our formulas are infused with crystals because they are believed to be extraordinary holders and transmitters of high-vibrational, healing energy. We embrace the crystals as meditative cues for mindfulness to help infuse your day with moments of luxurious, mindful intention.
Do the crystals have skincare benefits?
Each crystal helps remineralize the skin and inspires unique positive benefits that reverberate through your body and spirit. All of the crystals used in our products are safe for you and your skin.
Are your products only for women?
Absolutely not. Our products are filled with love for everyone. We are ageless, genderless and consciously designed for all skin tones and types.
I have Celiac disease and am allergic to gluten. Can I use ieró Beauty™ products?
All of our products are gluten-free and formulated without gluten-containing ingredients. However, they are not created in designated gluten-free facilities and may be produced in a facility or on equipment that is not gluten-free.
Are ieró Beauty™ products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are proudly vegan, cruelty-free and contain zero animal byproducts.
I have many allergies. Are ieró Beauty™ products safe for me?
We offer full ingredient transparency so you can make the best choice for your health. Each product page on our website contains the complete list of ingredients for that product. Please review those lists before purchasing to cross-check for any particular allergens. Please contact Customer Service if you’d like additional information.
Are your ingredients hypoallergenic?
No, at this time, we do not make hypoallergenic claims for any of our products.
Do you have fragrance-free products?
Our products are not fragrance-free, although many contain no artificial fragrances. Aromatherapy is an important element of our multi-sensorial experience. Each product is formulated with a blend of essential oils or hydrosols for an instant mood reset and soothing, therapeutic effects. You can review the scent profile and ingredients of each product on its individual product page. If you do have sensitivities, we recommend doing a patch test on the back of your arm at least 24-hours before intended use.
Do your products contain CBD?
A few of our products contain Cannabis Sativa Leaf or Seed Oil, including Moonkissed™ Luminous PH Lip Comforter, Moonkissed™ Radiant Skin Restorative Serum-Oil and Moonkissed™ 3D Starshine Gloss-Balm (Coming 2023). These oils are derived from the hemp plant and contain no CBD or THC. We love them for their exceptional moisturizing and soothing properties, which make them a perfect companion to our nurturing formulas.
What does “percent of naturality” mean?
As part of our commitment to absolute transparency, on each product page you’ll find a percentage which shares how much of your formula is made of natural ingredients.
